Shipping policy

Please note: Orders cannot be changed once they have been placed.

General shipping for the UK generally takes 2-3 working days from dispatch.

We will email you as soon as your order dispatches, usually within 2-3 working days.

We must be provided with a phone number so that you can be contacted by the courier company. 

Please note: During busy periods, such as product launches, shipping can be longer. 

We will not be held liable for any postal delays which may occasionally occur.

Vat & duty are always the customer's responsibility.

Returns:

If you are not happy with your purchase you have 30 days to apply for a refund or replacement. To apply for a refund please contact emily@finnellathome.co.uk

Please note: We can only refund or replace items purchased from this website, and that are unopened and unused. Items that need to be returned to us should be done at your own expense.
